Annual Meeting

The 2009 Annual Meeting of Loudoun Club 12 will be Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The meeting is open to all Club members and we encourage everyone to attend. There are two board seats available for nomination and the elections will be held at the annual meeting.

Silent Auction Report

The first Loudoun Club 12 silent auction fundraiser and speaker meeting was held on Saturday, October 3, 2009. The event was a great success and we exceeded our fundraising goals for the inaugural event. Given our success we plan to make this an annual event and look forward to holding future silent auctions for the club.

Financial Update

While Club 12 has been successful in holding our silent auction fundraiser, we are still not breaking even on our monthly expenses. We have some funds in reserve but we need support from those in the recovery community who enjoy the benefits of the club. If you are not yet a member we encourage you to join today!

Thanksgiving Marathon Meetings

The Dulles Corridor Area of Narcotics Anonymous will be holding marathon meetings from 10 PM Wednesday, November 25 through 10 PM Thursday, November 26. There will be an NA meeting every hour on the hour.

In addition, there will be an AA alkathon holding meetings from the morning of Thursday, November 26 through the morning of Friday, November 27. Come out for meetings every other hour with fellowship food and fun on the off hours!
